Glide across Victoria Harbour on the historic Star Ferry, ride the legendary Peak Tram for sweeping skyline vistas, and unwind at scenic Repulse Bay and lively Stanley Market. Day one crosses Victoria Harbour by Star Ferry, climbs Victoria Peak by tram, and follows Hong Kong Island south to Repulse Bay and Stanley. The sequence combines the city's celebrated skyline with coastal scenery and long-established neighbourhood life.

Day two explores Lantau Island through Tai O's stilt-house waterways, Po Lin Monastery, Tian Tan Buddha, and Ngong Ping. The return by cable car reveals the island, airport, sea, and bridges from above before the journey concludes in Hong Kong.

The harbour crossing, Peak Tram, southern coastline, Tai O stilt houses, Tian Tan Buddha, and Ngong Ping cable car combine Hong Kong’s dense urban viewpoints with the villages and open landscapes of Lantau Island.
Itinerary
Day-by-day itinerary
Day 1: Star Ferry, Victoria Peak, Repulse Bay and Stanley
Meet the guide at the hotel and cross Victoria Harbour on the Star Ferry, a short voyage that frames the skylines of Kowloon and Hong Kong Island from the water. Continue by Peak Tram to Victoria Peak and Sky Terrace 428 for broad views over the harbour, dense city, and surrounding green hills.
Travel south to Repulse Bay for a walk along the beach and coastline, then continue to Stanley Market and its waterfront streets. Time at the market focuses on local crafts, textiles, and the neighbourhood's seaside setting before the guided return to the hotel.

Day 2: Tai O, Po Lin Monastery, Tian Tan Buddha and Ngong Ping
Cross to Lantau Island and begin in Tai O Fishing Village. A small boat follows the waterways between stilt houses while the guide explains fishing traditions, shrimp-paste production, salted fish, and the practical design of homes built above the tidal water.
Continue to Po Lin Monastery and climb the 268 steps to Tian Tan Buddha, then walk through Ngong Ping Village. Finish with the Ngong Ping 360 cable car across the island, taking in the sea, airport, bridges, and mountain landscape before the transfer to the hotel or airport.
